OK, If I look and sound like a battered conservative it is because I AM. That however, is no reason to pull a Cindy Sheehan (it is a good reason to get Lautenschlagered) and rant till I look like Nancy Pelosi. So here is what I am going to do:
1) As a proud citizen of the US of A, I am going to support our President. I was in the military under Jimmy Carter and Ronald Regan and I would have given my life for either one. It is no different for Obama because HE IS MY PRESIDENT!!!
2) I will not going to bend over and grab my ankles as an act of blind faith. I pointed out when ever GW screwed up and fought tooth and nail with my pen and phone calls when bad legislation was about to be passed. I will continue to do the same.
3) Someone showing up at my front door and taking away my guns IS NOT AN OPTION! As always I will keep a solid supply of ammo on hand because when you need it, it is too late to go buy it.
4) I am not going to UNIFY with the rest of the country just because the media says I should. I am too old and life is to short to put up with a bunch of ASS BAGS! If you do not know what an ASS BAG when you see one remember, they look a lot like me.
5) I am not going to surrender my 401K so I can earn 3% interest in a broken social security system.
6) I will still work hard and try to move myself and my family higher up the ladder that I call the American Dream.
7) I will still give my brothers a helping hand, but do not expect me to blindly hand out money to any one who refuses to work. I believe that EVERYONE is capable of giving a part of themselves to this great nation and that means working and raising your children responsibly. Not letting the government and or the school system raise your kids for you. The exception to this is SEVERE illness or dismemberment that is where the helping hand comes in. I will support political organizations and charities with my time and money if they are deserving of it.
9) I will still mock those who worship at the alter of GLOBAL WARMING!
10) I will continue to include in my prayers that God give our president and his advisors the wisdom and the courage to make the correct decisions that will result in our nation remaining the greatest nation on this earth.
***MOST IMPORTANTLY, I will still laugh. A person with a good sense of humor can overcome almost any obstacle so I will still laugh when someone trips and falls, I will still tell politically incorrect jokes and I will for ever continue to take jabs at anyone who voted for Ron Paul, just because they deserve it.

I think it’s time to post a link to Ron Paul’s voting record. I can’t for the life of me figure out why any American would NOT want this man as President!? Going to find the link now…
Please let me know if you have trouble with the link.
Please let Ron Paul know if you hate the Constitution, because he casts his vote in accordance with that great document.

A new government, a new philosophy, a new direction. None of these “changes” will change the way I live. I’m still an American, and unlike so many Dems who dedicated themselves to harming our country over the last eight years because they didn’t like the choice the American people made when voting for president, I will put country first.
But when something goes bad, and something will, the Obama followers must be willing to take their own medicine. Many of us conservatives will point out the poor decisions of people we elected in, and we are ruthless. Somehow I doubt the disciples of Obama will do the same.

There are SOOOOO many thing wrong with this story that I do not even know where to begin. I guess that this shows that we are not the only country that has raised a generation of DUMBASSES. I actually heard someone compare the Student to liberals and the Panda to BHO. I however like to include BHO in the collective liberal student and put our enemies in the Panda Suit. This is where I think we are going. I bet he has us in a big war getting our ass kicked with in 3 years.
Anyway, read it and get back to me.
Panda ‘hug’ horror
BEIJING: A college student in southern China was bitten by a panda after he broke into the bear’s enclosure hoping to get a hug.
The student was visiting Qixing Park with classmates when he jumped the two-metre-high fence around the panda’s habitat, said a park employee.
The park in Guilin, a popular tourist town in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, houses a small zoo and a panda exhibit.
It was virtually deserted when the student scaled the fence surrounding the panda, named Yang Yang, the employee said.
He said the student was bitten in the arms and legs. Two foreign visitors who saw the attack ran to get help from workers at a nearby refreshment stand, who notified park officials.
The student was pale as he was taken away by medics but appeared clear-headed.
“Yang Yang was so cute and I just wanted to cuddle him. I didn’t expect he would attack,” the 20-year-old student, surnamed Liu, said in a local hospital.
Liu underwent surgery and was out of danger, but will remain in the hospital for several days.
Yang Yang, who was flown to Guilin last year from Sichuan province, was behaving normally yesterday and did not seem to suffer any negative psychological effects, the park employee said.
He said it was not clear whether the facility would add more signs around the enclosure or put more fences up.
“We cannot make it like a prison. We already have signs up warning people not to climb in,” he said.
Pandas, which generally have a public image as cute, gentle creatures, are nonetheless wild animals that can be violent when provoked or startled. Last year, a panda at the Beijing Zoo attacked a teenager, ripping chunks out of his legs, when he jumped a barrier while the bear was being fed.
