So, if a Mexican citizen is in the U.S. and ends up in the hospital, what happens?  They get medical care, right?  Now, let’s say an American ends up in a Mexican hospital.  What happens then?  How about the absolute minimum care.  At least until the hospital withholds treatment until they get $5,000.
